Yogabears London: Pre and Postnatal Yoga for both, mum & baby
Every Wednesday a couple of mums with babies go to the Porchester Centre in W2, Bayswater. Their mission, YogaBears London, to get fit with the Baby and have a fun morning with other mothers.

Yogabears: well-being for pregnant women, new mums, babies and partners.
I am a pre and postnatal yoga teacher and offer classes for pregnant women and their partners, new mums, babies and yoga for couples.
Classes are available as group or one-to-one tuition in your prefered environment. Classes include practical advice and handouts on:
- Optimal foetal position, how to ease into labour, different forms of pain relief, modification of yoga practice during pregnancy, meditation and how to develop a safe home yoga practice before and after birth.
- If you have given birth, postnatal classes are a great way of getting back into your "pre-baby" shape and offer useful guidance for a safe and effective home practice with and without the baby.
- Yoga for couples helps to prepare for the birth with breathing techniques and active yoga poses to help both of you make the most of the birth and welcome the baby into the world.
