Join me for our Friday Night Yoga to let behind what no longer serves you.. Expect a healing and nourishing Yoga class and a deep rest.
If you don’t know my style yet, you might like the eclectic mix of flow and slow yoga.
Deep Rest and the final Bliss to make you smile.
Followed by tea and snacks. Cost is 40 Euro.
Time: 18.30 – 20.30 pm, arrive 15min earlier.
