New from July 2011: Therapeutic Yoga

Beside Pre, Postnatal and general Yoga for all levels, I am now ready to offer the therapeutic aspect of yoga. During the session we will work on the importance of yoga for the physical health but above all discover the psychological benefits. Yes, it is true that the practice requires more time and effort to regain a stable psyche, however the results are long term and can make a difference to our life quality. I teach mainly in Central and West or North West London and offer private classes, YogaBears classes for mums and babies, Yoga for children, general classes and pregnancy yoga classes. I also offer Gift Vouchers for private and semi-private lessons which make a great gift on any occasion.

    It`s a myth that Yoga requires acrobatic skills or years of experience. You can do it too! My classes combine challenging posture work, creative choreographic elements, correct alignment, breath work and dynamic movements, inspired by different yoga traditions.
